Check-the-box training is a failure of leadership. While the DoD pushes passive compliance, the "Integrity Gap" continues to degrade our lethality. The Guardian Workshop is a high-intensity tactical intervention for those who actually hold the line: NCOs, Command Teams, and Academy Leadership.
This is a ground level look at the wreckage caused by Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and the catastrophic cost of leadership inaction. Under the AEGIS Protocol, we dismantle passive logic and replace it with Active Guardianship.
The Mission Profile
The Peer-Level Threat: Identify and neutralize predators wearing the same rank. Using the AEGIS framework, we dismantle the "Good Ol' Boy" pact that allows toxic leaders to hide in plain sight.
Zero-Tolerance Intervention: Practical strategies for disrupting unsafe situations in real-time without compromising command authority.
Ground Zero of a Broken Unit: A visceral look at the permanent psychological damage caused when a leader chooses "not to get involved." We show why inaction is the ultimate betrayal of the Oath.
Command Climate Domination: Build a sub-culture of absolute integrity where subordinates trust you more than they fear a predator.
Flat-Rate & All-Inclusive Pricing: To simplify the booking process for high schools, VFWs, and community organizations, I offer two straightforward pricing models:
Regional Flat-Rate: $1,500 total for any location within 150 miles of Columbia, SC. This fee is all-inclusive of the presentation, digital resources, and local travel.
National All-Inclusive Quote: For engagements beyond 150 miles, pricing starts at $1,500 + travel expenses. I prefer to provide a single, all-inclusive quote that incorporates all airfare and lodging, ensuring your organization has no hidden costs or reimbursement paperwork to manage.
